Yes, I've got some behind this one that I forgot to check and they have been badly eaten but this one had a beer trap next to it for a couple of weeks!

So do you think the beer traps work? Against my better judgement I've resorted to slug pellets 'cos we've had loads of them. Don't really like to use them but they've been devouring everything in sight. We have tried going out at night to just pick them up and throw them next door (it's ok nobody living there just now and the garden's like a jungle!!) Maybe I should try beer?

Yes, to a degree. I tend to find lots of baby slugs in them!

I will try it then. Do you know it's so bad up here that last week I had a slug on my living room ceiling???

Crikey, you don't grow sunflowers on the ceiling do you?????

Oh lovely how come mine don't look like that yet??? Maybe it's because the slugs keep attacking them!
