I think I found the name of this once, but forget now, or maybe it was just called Bell flower. It was huge and my flower bed is small so I went at it and ripped it all out. I had it there for 4 years or so and it's just too big a plant for my garden. Some came back, but that's ok. As long as I keep it at a small enough sized plant and not let it spread. The seed pods are black and I pick them all off so they can't drop, but it spreads by root too.
