Bizzie lizzies and sweet peas

Are the sweet peas in a container ? I wsas thinking of growing them like that next year but wasn't sure how well they'd do,

Yes in a plastic trough Hywel, i didn't think it would be deep enough but they are doing ok, i feed them well.

I think I'll try next year. I thought they needed deep soil aswell and that's what put me off .

Why Heath Robinson ?

Have you not heard of Heath Robinson, he was an artist did lots cartoony type drawings on wonderful contraptions he made up, Google him Hywel, some of them are wonderful!!
