Thalictrum lucidum

This plant is new to me, only having been planted last April. It grows to four feet in height and prefers a spot in the sun in soil that is reliably moist but not waterlogged. The foliage has a hint of blue in it but the flowers are neither pure white nor a definite creamy colour and the growth is rather scrawny
