Many Times we are asked about killing a tree stump, the photo shows one I treated 4 years ago. It endangered the patio wall. I drilled holes filled with rid a root, plugged holes with putty and this is the end result.

Thanks Bob. Is Rid A Root a product name? We've got one that needs doing as we get the dreaded fungii on and around it in the autumn. Trouble is, our stump is about 2 foot high, so maybe we'll have to cut it down to ground level first?

Hi Dawn,
Thank you, it was rid a root 4 years ago when I did this one, now it is Root Out.
This was a 40ft. high Cherry tree and you can see by my hand how big it was. I treated a 15ft. high Cherry tree 2 years ago with the same treatment, but it was 3ft. high. No need to cut yours down, just remember to drill many holes in the cambium layer.

That's looks an ideal treatment for problem tree stumps, and the end result is neat and tidy...
Is that a hydrangea on the right ?
Which variety ?
