My Local Robin

we both live in such different environments and yet we both have robins...i wounder if they have different accents in their song..lol

This guy looks more like yours than I intended....lol. It is a big bird maybe 8 inches tall witha solid red front. It has a nice talky type of song, a sign of spring and summer. Ours is part of a whole different family of birds, but ever present in a garden.

mine follows me round the garden when im weeding or digging. i worry my dogs will catch him ....so far hes outwitted them...;-))

Thanks Falco. I really had to zoom. he robins definately know there is a cat about. I watch them fly from one neighbors yard to the next, stopping in the tree top or pole at mine. :-)
