I have this plant its what is known as a rogue because it will spread profusely,think its a Valerian,can also get a white one......

It s called Centranthus its a thug I wouldnt let it anywhere near your drainpipe......I learned a very expensive lesson with this plant.....

it will grow anywhere madperth so watch it carefully, otherwise i must say i do like the flowers
