Well - I'm glad you like it...Sbg must be having a lie-in! LOL.

Well I'm glad the you at least are in the land of the living.

Just about - I'm off out in a minute to deal with some bindweed that has dared to show its face...blatantly in the pampas grass...it's the worst possible place for it to appear!

Be careful you don't suffer too many cuts.

Exactly! :-((

Lovely pict! Watch out with that plant of a thousand cuts, Spritz, would hate to see you bandaged up like a Mummy when I see you on Thursday! :~))

I had to beat a hasty retreat, Flori - I got up there OK, and heaved the bindweed out. Then I decided to pull last year's flower stems out - and some angry bees started buzzing round me! I jumped down - sharpish! :-((((

Goodness! It's like a Harrisson Ford adventure in your garden B! This is a beautiful scene!

Thanks...I wanted to make the Acer stand out more, hence the white flowers.

I haven't dared to climb back up again in case the bees are still there! Really, I should have heaved out the dead leaves as well as the flower stems...but I'm a coward!

Yes, the white does the trick! Don't blame you, keep well away from swarms of bees!! :)

I might try climbing up again...see what happens. If there's a single 'buzz' - off I get, pronto. I 'do' want to pull out the dead stems, even if I have to leave the leaves, so to speak!
