I'm pleased to share my good fortune with another gardener. I bought quite a lot yesterday. It takes me a while to download and edit photos and to get them down to a size suitable to post.

I do have a catalogue for my plants in My Pictures but having them on here as well is a good back up in case something goes wrong with the computer.

I should sort out my photos but it's too daunting, far too many!

I have millions that will never be sorted but since joining as a member I decided I needed to have a system for recording my plants. When I buy something new I scan the label both side if both have info on them. For this anemone I go in to My Pictures - in to My Garden - into my Alpines and Rock plants - into Anemones and then in to Anemone nemorosa - there I have two folders one for Wilkes White and one for Vestal. I could not set the date on my camera so i used to add the date. My son did it for me so I don't have to do that anymore as it pops up if I run the mouse over it. It is easy to find what I'm looking for.

Thats really efficient. I ought to do something with mine!

Don't fret about it start with your next photo and forget about the ones that got away until the next time there is nothing on the telly and you have a bit of spare time.
