Aha! It is Anthemis tinctoria - had to look it up x-) Spritz/Barbara has got lots of pictures of this. I've found it easy to grow and easy to take cuttings from. It drys out quickly in a pot, Gets to about 2ft tall and if you cut it back hard right after it's flowered, it will sometimes flower again later in the summer. It can flop over and I've found it best tucked inbetween other plants to give it some support.
