Glad you like them, Janey. I fell in love with them back in the 70's when my Father found them for his pond. He gave me a division from his plant when I got my first pond in the 80's, and this is a division from there.
They are the first plant to flower in my pond every Spring, this week's warmer temperatures have brought them on a treat.
They are such easy plants to grow .... divide when they outgrow their alloted space and tidy spent flowerheads and old leaves, that's it!!!
Once I see them blooming I know it is time to dust down the barbecue and pour the wine. Lol.
