Tough campanula, happier in part shade than full sun, reaching three to four feet tall. My plant is seemingly happy on clay

Another plant for my list...This looks similar to a blue that I have..but the petioles are longer..and the flowers have a pronounced droop...don't have the latin unfortunately...it was a gift.
