Aconcagua
Giant Aconcagua is apple-sweet. This pepper is good stuffed, roasted, stir-fried or in salads. Best flavor when picked at light green in color. Aconcagua Pepper prefers full sun with partial shade. Named after Mt. Aconcagua in Argentina
