My cotinus are both very late this year, having tried to start opening in March and then had all their baby leaves killed off with frost, they are now tentatively trying again! Brave things. It's gone very cold here again :(

Our Choisya have finished flowering, so have just pruned them hard back, the hot weather was too much for them..... beautiful contrast in your pic...
