Crassula sarcocaulis (Crassula sarcocaulis)

Hardy succulent Crassula Sarcocaulis, looks like a miniature bonsai bush when not in flower. Completely covered in minute pink/red flowers at present.

Apparently it can be cut back or "trucks" cut away so it looks like a bonsai tree.
