Crepsis incanum

siris

Crepsis incanum (Crepis incana)

A plant that resembles a mini Dandelion, don't root it out, the flowers are gorgeous. Doesn't seed or run, increase by root cuttings. Waited a long time before finding a nursery that sells.

That reminds me of my Chicory (Cichorium intybus) which I had in blue last year, but this year I've bought pink variety from Plantsman's Preference website. Waiting for the buds to open now!

I've tried this a couple of times. Hope you have more success with it

Karen, I do like these Daisy-like flowers. Just planted out a seedling of Catanache (blue fls) as I love my Catanache bicolour(white with an eye).
Andrew, I understand this Crepsis is not long-lived, I've already got a rooted cutting replacement in the garden as an insurance.
