Hi Kju they should get larger than this and change colour, but, it does depend on which variety you are growing?

This being my first year raising fig trees in containers, I am still learning about them. I have 5 trees of several varieties, and am starting to get some ripe fruit!! I am so excited! My first 2 figs were from my Chicago hardy. They were wonderful. I also have Brown turkey, Celest, and Kadoka. My young figs looked just like your pic. I live in zone 6b, and am now researching how to keep them through the winter. Good luck with your fig trees.
