This has another cultivar name, but my memory has let me down again!
Since I posted this, I have remembered the name and re-titled the pic. accordingly.

I have planted one this year seems to hate being dry do you find that?

All Fuchsias, even the hardy ones, require a fair amount of moisture in their first year of planting. The one in the picture is at least fifteen years old so is well established. It gets cut down to size early in the year, but has to rely on normal ground moisture.
