Alpine for light but moist, acid soil in full sun.In areas with hot, dry summers, provide shade from the midday sun

Fractal - well I just planted it in my new alpine bed in the spring, mulched with coarse gravel and left it. So far so good. The soil mix is a loamy topsoil with a bit of gravel and,being a riased bed, the drainage is good
