Hi Meanie, yes, they are just starting to bloom now. The flowers are completely impervious to frost/cold.

Great red, does not show up as well as the yellow??

You're absolutely right Vincent - the deep red ones are beautiful close up but at any kind of distance you can't see the flowers at all, whereas the yellow's shine out for a long way.
