The Cordyline is the comeback plant after having its whole root system eaten by a varmint..I re rooted it and its now in a 15 gallon pot.

10-12' of clear trunk? Then you have about 6-8' of fiber covered trunk..add fronds,petioles,and its a good 25' overall.

Wow! That's a tall Kentia palm. Being close to the house gives it good protection.
My plant has around 9' of trunk including the trunk under old petioles. Overall height I think is around 15'.
