Morning Glory (Ipomoea) flowering on balcony

They are well worth it, Aleyna. In your climate, they should do even better than here in the UK! They may even become "weeds"! ???
Mine are coming to an end for this year & in a couple of weeks, I shall be removing them to make way for the spring bulbs & bedding plants.

What do you mean by removing them?

Pulling them out & throwing them away! They are annuals & die after flowering. They flower for 3 or 4 months - depending on the timing of the first frost that kills them. You have to sow the seeds every year.
