Thanks - I was balancing at 45 degrees on the stream bank to take the photo, so it's a surprise it came out well.

How's your 'to-do' list coming on? Mine seems to get new jobs added every day...
I wish my roses and Geranium x magnificum would get a move on! Only one flower in the Geranium bed, and three roses on the house.

The 'trick' that exhibitors use to force flowers to open, is to blast them with hot air from a hairdryer for 30 minutes. Just refuse all invitations this week spritz - tell them you're washing your hair!

Lol Andrew Spritz would need to get the commercial blowers back to do her wall trained roses. Either that or a cherry picker so she could reach up far enough.

I'd love to try it on my Geranium bed - only two flowers open - it's usually a mass of colour. :-(
My 'delightful' neighbours would probably send for the men in white coats if I tried it! LOL.

Its probably all waiting to put on a show for your open days.

Nope. Today's the day and there are now 6 flowers in the whole bed. One Cistus flower - unless some more have decided to open since last night.
