Koelreuteria paniculata

Golden raintree just started flowering (about a month late). Everything is behind this season because of the hard winter we had. Behind it there is a 'Grace' smokebush and an empress tree (Paulownia tomentosa). The empress tree is not fully hardy here but grows like a perennial and is already over 7 ft. tall this year.
