This dark blue Lobelia is still flowering in a pot on the balcony floor!

They are quite hardy but this plant is only a foot 18" off the ground. It is stilling alive & flowering today! as is the pale blue one on the balcony railings that has no protection from being in the interior of the balcony. I looked at it this morning &, although it doesn't have flowers at the moment, it is very much alive & has plenty of buds on it!
