My worry was they would be freeze dried. They instead look ok so far.

They are still there. It was a 33f...the Aloe's in bloom are still blooming. The length of duration on the 33f was about an hour or less. If this had been dec or jan,we all in California would have lost so much. As it is where it gets into the 20's like in Napa they have had a near record number of freezing mornings now.

That's really cold for mango flowers! Yikes! However, it looks good and most likely when warmer weather returns it should set some fruit.
I know, it's very late in the season to receive such cold weather. We had so many days here in the upper 70's and high 80's we didn't think winter would ever get here. Now, it's here. lol!

Even the 57f day temps dont feel so bad with days longer..brighter.
We finished February at 63H and 43L. That's 2f higher and average on the low. Trying to think of what to do next with what I have..plant some potted things? Keep them specimen big in pots?..like that.

It was gorgeous today! Tomorrow tonight we're suppose to get some rain. Although, not as much as you've been getting up there.
I planted my 3 ft tall mango sapling into the ground today. I hope it will grow well in the spot I picked. I posted a photo today. Maybe one day I'll get mangoes.
Good luck with your landscaping. It can be difficult to plan where to situate tropical plants.

Its not a flat open yard..my Home and rental's and tree's are shade makers..make the hot sunny spot harder to find.
I could cut down the big Ash....but that would make my home hot as blazes in summer. The sun used to just beat on the side all day long.
So,I prune it..but its needed.

Yes, I do understand the seasons and how different areas get shaded or have too much sun.
Did you see the other mango photo I posted yesterday? It's one of the dozens of mango trees I see on the way to work. I want to get some photos of the others...however, some are difficult to photograph.

What else?
See who else is growing Mangifera indica (Mango).
See who else has plants in genus Mangifera.

Maybe they look good because the flowers are not opened yet?
