Meconopsis

meanie

By Meanie

Meconopsis (Meconopsis cambrica (Double Welsh Poppy))

Self seeded!!
It's so annoying 'cos I've tried numerous times with the blue ones & failed repeatedly!
So, I bought two more packets yesterday - tossed one pack down in the garden & will try to germinate the other packet myself.
Surely I can't continue to fail can I???

Hi Meanie, I've also tried the blue ones, in fact I sent of for a free one out of the garden news paper not very long ago and that's died on me.
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, are they hard to get going ?
That's a beauty self seeded as well.

Wish I could offer some words of wisdom, but I can't even get them to germinate!!
