Passiflora plant growing in mad profusion

Passiflora plant growing in mad profusion (Passiflora caerulea (Passion flower))

The passiflora creeping all over the place and latching on, with its superb twirly 'fingers' (what are the spiral creeper bits called?) to anything...birdbath, shed, tree, birdfeeder, sedentary basking cats, me if I stand still long enough...

Tendrils? I planted two passion flowers this year and already they've passed their alloted space! Have snipped the ends off hoping that this will encourage side shoots.
My blue has been flowering for a few weeks but the white has yet to display her blooms. lol
