Lovely greens and yellows, just like the sun through a jar of my canned beans.

Wow, that is ambitious. My husband wants me to get up to 100 pints each season, but I'm only about half that right now. I don't have to string any though, these are all stringless varieties.

Funny thing that my Mom started growing that variety too after the kids were grown...lol. We still love to give her a hard time about not growing the stringless beans while we were at home...lol.

lol...that's always the way. My mother-in-law cans with me, and she used to have to string them when she grew them. She always says "I was such a dizzy a** to not grow the stringless kind!" We have fun chatting while we prep and can all the garden has to offer.

Your industriousness with your veggies is very impressive. I always think of getting things like that done, and never do. Great job!

Thanks GT. It is so much healthier for my little guys. I am happy it's healthy for my hubby and me too.

Boy..., do these bring back some memories of my childhood... ! We had to break and string 5 gallon buckets full of them at a setting....lol. Mom never canned less than a 100 quart jars of them each season. Those were the good ole days.
