Poor you Kathy, John's been suffering lately too, such a shame when the weather is so good with lovely balmy evenings .... he cant stand being out. Must be a nightmare for you with your love for the garden.

Ooo I found some really good stuff Dawn 'Flixonase', its brilliant you squirt it up your nose, got to the stage were I'd try anything, still have my one a day tablets, but use this as well, only need to spray twice a day and have no symptoms at all, so good forget to use it until symtoms come on then realise:-)

I'll tell John about Flixonase Kathy, thanks. He puts Vick up his nose as he says it catches the pollen, its a terrible thing to have.
