Philadelphus Aureus....

Philadelphus Aureus.... (Philadelphus coronarius (Mock Orange))

Fabulous yellow foliage......should have highly scented white flowers!! but the soil is too rich!! so we only get a few blooms!

Lovely Dotty . . . this was a 'beacon' in the shady bed in our old garden. It flowered well and I loved it. Not sure if I've got the space for another any more but I'm tempted to try :)

Thank you Sheila, because this collects the feed from the roses it never flowers well, we have always grown it, because like you say, a beacon in a shady border, if we can grow it in our small plot, I am sure you can find a well deserved space!

What else?

See who else is growing Philadelphus coronarius (Mock Orange).

See who else has plants in genus Philadelphus.

This photo is of "Philadelphus" in Dottydaisy2's garden
