They are Sticki. I am still amazed (after our 12th visit) how massive the plants are around here. Lots of them are quite neglected and still thriving.

They don't need much attention at all! P. pinnatifidum is the most widely grown large-leaf, trunking Philodendron in California. It's super hardy and easy!

They always look healthy.Looks like a good plant to have in poor soil but they take so much room. I also saw one which was in a concrete pot and the roots demolished it.

Yes, they looks healthy even in poor, dry soil. When given fertilizer and water they can grow faster and to be a giant with even larger leaves.
It does have a lot of aerial roots.
