This one is huge. On hardy palm board you can see the full size photo.
I've seen some as tall...climbing a telephone poll in Berkeley with a mass of roots hugging the pole..but nowhere as near a behemoth as this one overall.
I did see one in Santa Barbara much taller then this. But,it was enveloped by a Bougainvillea so ..tall but not massive.

I can't believe how many grammatical errors I made in that last comment! I don't think I had my glasses on. lol!
I commonly see this one and the P. evansii variety here as very large plants. They are very beautiful!
