An old favourite....

It has been in the same spot for a few years, when it starts spreading we just pull it up, very easy to keep under control...good luck with the deer!!

Is it new then Siris?

No couple of years old, from seed. I expect it will be one of my BIG mistakes, in the sense of too large.

Oh yes it does make a tall plant.....

Tall is ok, at the back of a border, it is its girth I am concerned about.

I bought one of these last year. Just for a test if deer will eat it. So far so good. Is it invasive? I like its leaves. I have it still in pot, just in case.
