I dont think I've seen a huge blue Spruce here Penny. Maybe 30'/10meters tops? Big Christmas tree size.

The largest tend to be in very old neighborhoods near Berkeley and San Francisco. Cool summer,cooler more humid air.
There is another of these just homes down..but its slightly different to my eye. More compact growth,a darker blue and less sky blue like this one. Next week get a photo of it.

So they prefer cooler weather then to grow so big in those areas. I shall look out for your photo .
