A while ago someone asked me about the difference between Pieris 'Forest Flame' and 'Mountain Fire'. Couldn't answer then - but you can compare two of them in pictures now.

sorry i dont know either ~ but they are tough plants, there was one here about 6 foot tall, and covering a window, i cut it right down and now its a neat and colourful little bush again!

judging by the rate it has grown since it was in a little 9 cm pot when I bought it - I should be moving gardens soon, lol. And really - the once I've seen so far can be big...

and just developing its first ever flower buds. Hard to believe I bought it 2 years ago as a tiny shrub in 9 cm pot.

i remember planting a wild rose shrub (climber)a few years ago...it was covered this year in blooms and now so many rose-hips... its amazing ;-)
