Does Cape Plumbago grow outside there?
This viny shrub grow wild everywhere here...in the parks, along freeways. I've seen it climb up a 40 foot / 12 meters tall trees. The white flowering variety is just as invasive.
There's a red one, Plumbago indica which isn't as invasive...it has beautiful bright red flowers. It's also more tropical.
