Ranunculus close up (Ranunculus asiaticus)

Last spring I reduced the varieties of flowers down from previous plantings, growing mostly ranunculus, cinerarias, and some tulips. This is a photo of a dark cream ranunculus flower at the front of one of the garden beds.

That is a really lovely one Jimi.....I see you're in Australia.....are they hard to grow?

Hi Janey, the ranunculus flowers are beautiful, and the plants grow well if they are in rich composted soil without too much watering over the temperate cool winters here.
