Rhodohypoxis baurii

Small alpine growing from a corm. Needs well-drained soil with humus in full sun. I have seen this growing in the wild on Sani Pass between South Africa and Lesotho and, although it will tolerate cold, it does not like winter wet - a sheet of glass held on a couple of bricks sheltering the corms is enough protection
