Yes, these do...however, one had a bud-rot and was just recently cut down. : >(

Whats bud- rot ?

Bud-rot is the biggest killer of palms in the world. It is caused by several different types of bacteria...Phytophthora is the most prevalent.

There's also Fusarium oxysporum and Gliocladium vermoesenii of fungal diseases which affect palms, are very prevalent in California, unfortunately! These horrible diseases can cause a mature palm to literally collapse upon itself.

These palms are taken in front of the small international houses in Balboa Park,
it's technically not a neighborhood. The international houses are open only on Sundays.
