This tree most likely sprouted by itself from the many tree in the San Diego Zoo. Photo taken June 9, 2009 on another S.D. Zoo trip.

There's several trees around town that have many more blooms than this little tree...however, there's also trees that have moulted and are putting out new leaves now.
