If its Carlesii it is a beauty, such strong perfume, we grew it in the midlands, one of my favourites...

Yes Karen, I think due to their ease, fragrance, dependability and leaf colour they have to be one of my favourite shrubs.

I just got. One of these! Viburnum carlesii...I think....a wonderful spring shrub with fab. Scent!
