I was going to say, "lucky them"...but, I had a gardener in Nigeria...and didn't enjoy not doing it myself...
I'm hoping that by the time the metal rusts away, the wisteria will have made a self-supporting structure! :)

i have seen wisteria propped up by a very large post to hold the weight over a doorway!

If I planted another one on the back side I wouldn't need any more support...or...(oh, no you've got me thinking again!!)...a trumpet vine! That's a brilliant idea!!! :)))
