In Fremont I was driving around a new to me neighborhood. Built in the 50's or 60's it had many nice older exotic plants.

I doubt it- but that raised planted looks to be a newer addition. This and the other pics Andy are right close to Mission San Jose HS. I was at Frys shopping for PC things...

I know in some housing tracts the trees were there before the home was built.
