I live in zone 5 and have a mock orange and a hydrangea ornamental tree. Shortly after they leave out, the leaves curl tightly and I have not been fast enough to catch it so a fungicide and insecticide spray doesn't get on both sides of the leaf. The mock orange then has no flowers on those stalks, and the hydrangea has yet to flower at all. Any suggestions? Thank you.
