I live in zone 5 and moved this 5 yrs ago to sunnier location but broke tap root approx. 18" down. Looks very healthy now, lots of leaves, good height, but hasn't flowered yet which is why I moved it in first place. I have fertilized every year. Any suggestions? Thank you.
