Mrs Popple is one of the hardiest. Dollar Princess is showier and not so tall and should be OK if you plant it about four inches deeper than the level in the pot. You can also cover the crown with a mulch eg dried bracken or fern, for further protection. Beacon seems to be pretty hardy too, (same treatment) but Beacon Rosa less so. If you want one for a place where it can hang down a bit you can't beat Lena, a very showy purple and very pale lilac double. If you want a really tall one try magellanica which is the one that grows as a hedge near the seaside, or a similar very pale pink, almost white, called Hawkshead.
All but the last two die back in winter in most areas and shoot again from the bottom in late spring.
