It looks to me like a single philadelphus or mock-orange. I have one and have always thought that's what it is! Unfortunately mine is very prone to blackfly.

Yes Im certain its the Mock Orange a quick sniff should confirm as it has a beautiful scent

I have this in my garden mine is only a baby though. This is beautiful and as the others say Mock ornage Philidelphus

If it's sweetly scented, it could be Philadelphus 'Virginal'. Pity you couldn't get a close-up. The eyesight ain't what it used to be!
