Hi Palmlover.
From the looks of it, it's Phoenix roebelenii. It looks great outside in summer but you will have to bring it inside during winter.
Liquid feed every 6-8 weeks and also, this species needs to be kept relatively dry over winter and definitely not allowed to freeze or you will lose it.
