if I can use an old small 10 oz box of Schultz-Instant 19-31-17 Orchid food for my vegetables. It is ten years old and rock hard , but I would like to put it in my 55 gallon watering barrel that I use to water the vegetables. Thank you!!

the quality of the feed may have deteriorated and as it is a formula for orcihds it may not be the best for your veg.
